All of these projects are mixed use developments which contain Country Clubs, Restaurants, Retail, Private Homes, Executive Residences, Private and Commercial Garages, R&D Facilities, and all supportive infrastructure buildings. All of these mixed use developments are off-grid designs and generate their own power.
